Attractive design at a relatively high…
Attractive design at a relatively high price. Keeps already chilled bottles very cool for a certain amount of time. Chilling unchilled bottles takes quite a long time and uses up a lot of battery power.

I simply fell in love with the device. Love the idea, the design and the joy it brings to wine lovers and friends of champagne.
Well tempered wine/champagne everywhere. That is what you get. Great technology in flawless design.
We took it with us on a trip to the Champagne… Awesome experience :-)
It´s not only great to keep your white wine/rosé/champagne cold…. Maybe even more important to enjoy your red wine in the correct temperature range, to experience the taste the winemaker intended to bring to you.
I simply call it WineExperience 2.0!
By the way… the Grad No 1 is although a great talking point, whenever you get visitors…. :-)

Nice looking wine cooler
Fully charged the battery and it lasted less than an hour when used on the coldest settings so if you need wine that cold best to plug it in.
Very nice looking piece of kit and does the job very well provided it’s plugged so you would need to have it at a higher temperature if you were going to use it for a longer period on the battery.
For the money I was a little disappointed in the battery performance, although it runs very quietly looks good and is pretty useful.

The experience you describe definitely doesn’t sound right. A healthy Grad No.1 battery should keep your wine perfectly chilled for much longer than an hour off the charging plate, depending on the starting temperature and room conditions. If you’re only getting about an hour, it most likely means your unit is defective.

The product itself is great!
The product itself is great! The idea is incredible. I've been using it for three weeks now and it works perfectly. I'll learn more about its quality over time, but right now it's doing a great job! I gave it 5 stars, but I wanted to give it 4 stars because I am very surprised that the manufacturer would send such a fine product directly in a plain cardboard box, as if they were sending some kind of spare part or door handle, for example! Dear manufacturer, when someone buys even a cooking pot, it comes in its own high-quality packaging... I think that it's not enough to create a good product, you also need to think about attractive packaging for it. For example, I received a GRAD as a gift, then I personally bought two more and gave them to my friends. Now I'm buying again two more and I'm annoyed that it doesn't come in nice packaging like 99% of such products, which you can wrap in gift paper and give to a friend... Unfortunately, you have to give the gift in the same plain shipping box,, which is covered with all kinds of labels, and you have ro remove... (sender, recipient, invoices.., etc.).
I sincerely hope that after reading this review, the company will pay serious attention to this trivial problem and decide in favor of its own brand, which is seeking effective market positioning. Nevertheless, I recommend this product to all my friends! Cheers!

Great product
Great product. I just bought another one as I needed to chill 2 bottles at the same time. My friends love it when they come over and I’ve given quite a few away as presents. Fast delivery. Nice safe packaging. Highly recommended.
