Quick delivery and what I ordered

Bought a television online, very decent price, delivery was free by one of their own delivery drivers, received telephone call an hour before delivery stating they would be delivering within the hour. Guy turned up was polite and friendly, even offered to carry the television into the house. Television works perfectly, no complaints at all. Why can't all companies act in this professional manner?

Got 2 monitors, one of the stands was from a different model, I contacted the support and got the stand the next day.

Excellent quality product. Well packaged and fast delivery

Their prices are most reasonable . I got a used /refurbished monitor which came in it's original packing box with moulded foam holding blocks etc . The monitor is like new apart from a 1 cm scratch on the screen which of course only shows when the monitor is off .
