Completely unprofessional, the 'bundle pack' offers some tests and some tutorial videos. However, when you click on certain tutorial videos the link does not work and does not open up to anything. In addition, the videos are blurred making it difficult to read the page. They will respond to your email if it is in regard to purchasing the pack but they offer no help once you have purchased it, which puts into question some of the reviews that I have read on their 'great' customer service. They will completely ignore you if you call them out on the things that I have mentioned above (my wait for a response has been nearly a month now).

I would not recommend this to anyone that wants value for their money, this review is as brutally honest as can be.

Graduate Monkey has really helped my understanding of numerical tests due to their thought out explanations and tips. They also provide great customer service with quick and helpful replies to queries.

Only aspect I think can be improved slightly are the tutorial videos, which can occasionally contain errors or aren't presented as well/ as clearly as they could be. But this is not a major issue, overall, the package I have purchased has been incredibly helpful.

Very bad refund handling.
Contacted them within 24 hours without even using the product once (which is in accordance with their refund policy). Yet, neither a response, nor a refund since 2 days.

If this is their way of handling a simple refund, I would not be surprised if they cut corners on other parts of the offering.

Very practical for online reasoning test preparation when you have a few days left to take your test. Recommended!

Best online reasoning prep packs out there. Helped me prepare for PwC reasoning tests within a few days. I passed the tests with above average scores and in the end got the job! thanks graduatemonkey )

Website is very well made and organized. You can choose from a multitude of different tests. I am genuinely thankful for this website as it has enough tests to prepare for most tests used by the bulge bracket banks and big consultancy firms. very naice. great success.

I just signed up to graduate monkey to train for a Deloitte test. Their material is really good!

after buying the shl pack it wasnt hard to see that there was little to no effort made by graduate monkey to create the pack. Bad explanations that only confuse you more, no thorough explanations of the maths behind the questions just simple few sentence long answers. Failed 3/4 of my shl tests because of the crappy system and wasted my opportunity to get into a grad scheme. Thanks GraduateMonkey
