Beautiful map and just what I was looking for. It was great that you could customize it and it looks beautiful out of the package.

Grafo map was amazing, I overlooked a mistake on the proposal and they still replaced it even after the first order arrived. Great customer service!

The maps are amazing, we love them and will definitely be buying more. The service was also very quick if you need a quick present

UPDATED AND REVISED REVIEW:
After one reprint and a promised second reprint, the 4 month saga is finally over. At least they sent me a full refund. From misspelled city name to damaged frame in shipping to now having the print file be "corrupted" I should have just ordered from somewhere else.

Poster was delivered super fast and it was even cuter and better quality then I expected. We are really happy with it and look forward to having this keepsake forever

I ordered a map and wasn't on a tight timeframe but received an email from Grafomap letting me know that my order would be delayed. No big deal. I responded to ask what the timeframe may be. A "Customer Service" person named Cody Stoler responded to chastise me about my order and to let me know that if I wanted it faster I should have requested expedited shipping. Let's just say I cancelled my order. Never work with this company - they suck. Still no reply on my refund request. DO NOT ORDER. There are other folks who provide real customer support. Go to Etsy - there are vendors that you can get the same - if not better - way cheaper.

I have had an excellent experience with Grafomap’s customer service and I haven’t even placed my order yet! I had a few questions prior to ordering and was contacted by a very friendly and helpful agent by the name of Cody who went above and beyond within an hour of my message to them. That alone gives me the confidence this is a great company whose products will likely be as great as their service! Thank you Cody!

Very well detailed map, price could be a bit better.

Firstly really great concept, pick any place in the world that has meaning for you and receive framed and ready to mount print. Staff were super responsiveness to any request - in my case I had made an error on one of the title names, they offered a free replacement. In the end it was no big deal and we kept it. Order arrived promptly as I had requested expedited delivery. Totally recommend and we are considering more purchases.

It was exactly what I ordered. Nicely packaged for delivery although the delivery itself was slow and unexpected customs duty. Nice touch with the installed wire on the back , ready for hanging.

In creating a very personal canvas map, I made every rookie mistake imaginable. Throughout the process, customer service was there to hold my hand and help me overcome every challenge. I actually came to look forward to my daily messages from Corco. Grafomap in truth goes well beyond the norm to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Kudos to them!

I love my metal poster! It is so light weight, thin and well made. I really love that it comes with protective tabs so your wall doesn’t get scratched. It was nice to have different options of my city and any other I wanted to choose from. Highly recommend it.

I paid extra for priority shipping to get my map in on time to my moms house. It didn’t get here on time at all and my mom didn’t have her present for her birthday. When I try to get into contact with grafomap, it seemed impossible to get customer support and I was left in the dark. If you want to buy a gift for someone and you don’t have a month to wait for a present, don’t use Grafomap.

Love the product but it was severely delayed with shipping.
