the sales representative rest assure me that I am the first one being notified after I miss the first purchase due to the overseas payment delay. But the promise is broken again for the 2nd purchase.

Quick response and supply of replacement part
At first there seemed to be a bit of a delay to contact the right person, but once that was sorted everything went smoothly and the replacement part for my trial frame arrived very quickly.
