Excellent communication in the design stage which then was followed by the installation team.

Ordering via website was fine - delivery experience was rubbish - I missed a call and responded to book delivery as requested. Delivery date arrived and having waited in for delivery all day - I then received a call asking when I would like to book delivery. Having explained I already had I was basically told I was lying - cancelled the order in the end and went with someone who values the customer experience more . I then received an email asking me to make this review having received the goods as a valued customer - what a joke

The website was easy to use when I found it and the tap I ordered for a water butt was just right. I ordered the water butt through Robert Dyas but it apparently came from Graf and had a very poor tap fitted which would not take any type of hose fitting.
It is a shame that the offer of a better tap was not available with the initial water butt order.

I do think it was expensive for a few pieces of plastic but tgat is what they cost so I have to ignore it but its perfect but that's the only gripe

This was the first time our company have used Graf and it will not be the last.

We ordered both the water butts from you thinking that they would be the same colour sandstone but although they are very nice just what we wanted one of them is a light green colour

Compost container as described, easy to assemble.

Everything went according to plan.

Nice product that is slimmer than normal water buts and fits in unobtrusively just where I want it. However, only one tap is provided for the higher outlet with no tap or means of emptying the lower section of the but plus the tap is not a standard size size so you have to buy a converter kit to fit a hose to the tap which is more expense for an already high price product.

Instructions utterly useless, product flimsy and therefore useless. It is going to the municipal tip this weekend.

Finding the necessary tank and accessories was easy, the catalogue proving extremely useful. Ordering was simple, delivery was as advised and installation instructions were both provided with the tank/ pump and available on line

Ordered green bin and got a black one. Better still, the delivery person threw it over a wall! Fortunately not damaged. Not assembled yet so hope rest goes better.

Great value. Simply clipped together in minutes. 100% recycled plastic should make it last longer than my previous wooden one, which had rotted away.

Fast delivery. Good price for the item - cheeper than other suppliers. Satisfied with the product. All good.

After the recent storm our water butt lid had smashed, i tried to replace this locally at B&Q who "couldn't" sell the lid separately to the butt, [even though that's how they display them] So i took the product name and info and contacted GRAF UK using what's app. Alicia was super helpful and has promptly dispatched a replacement. Restoring my water butt to a it's status of a "cold water tub" complete with new lid. Great job all round
