Fast delivery. Well packed large compost bin. Helpful video about how to construct. I managed to do it on my own. It was easy apart from removing the green plastic braces that held the parts together in transit and had to removed to separate the parts. It’s a sturdy well made bin with a large capacity. I like the two flaps as the lid which makes adding stuff easier.

Well packaged, great quality product, arrived relatively quickly.

Both my purchases from this company have arrived on time and are as advertised. Easy to put together with no tools required and look good.

Product (water butt) is good, but needed to upgrade the tap as the one supplied was very basic. Would have expected something better with a 650 liter butt. Ordering a replacement needed a phone call as the thread size was not specified in the product literature. Also very spammy - so many "please review" emails, would have got another star otherwise.

East website to get what I wanted. Delivered very quickly

Ordered a water butt and kit to connect it to a down pipe. Delivered as expected undamaged. Installation straightforward and the inclusion of a hole saw in the kit is a good idea. However the rubber fitting for the down pipe is not 100% watertight. This was easily rectified with a smear of silicone seal.

Fast delivery and easy to use ordering process on website

Good first experience with Grantia UK as trying to find a decent water Butt which would blend into a corner ,
I chose a generous 300 litre grey granite appeance water container which was delivered within days and put in place the same day.
I also got a free T shirt thank you Guys

Very good quality butts. Great that the tap is pre drilled with a screw fit and there is access similarly at the bottom to drain or measure. However the sections to cut out access for a pipe whilst obvious are extremely hard plastic and as they are at the top where there minimal load bearing it would help to at least have thinner layer of plastic.

1st compost bin arrived damaged in transit. Within 3 days I had a replacement bin and the damaged one was collected. No quibbles...just perfect customer service. Thankyou 😁
