Only to find out they do not actually own the cards that they advertise. Upon realizing I had won a nice card they immediately began blaming me for trying to cheat the system and refused to give me the card I had rightfully won. Overall a terrible experience. I have documented the whole process and already filed with the Federal Trade Commission as well as the Better Business Bureau. This is unacceptable. I reached out to their legal team via the email they provided me in their customer service chat and they never even took the time to reply to mine or my lawyers emails. Terrible experience.
