Scammers - they don’t ship! I ordered on 3 March 206 and they sent me a tracking number for a package delivered in October 2025! Stay away from these scammed

I would give it a 0 star if possible i ordered the arabic tracksuit for $240 cad and they sent me the cross necklace as a muslim i cant have that at my home, also i emailed dm and all of that they never replied back or accepted the refund or exchange complete scam do not order from them 👎👎 on their policy they also say if they sent the wrong item they are responsible but that doesn’t seem like the case.

Grailed Locker is not a trustworthy company. I placed an order on March 8, 2025 and paid $216.70 including shipping and taxes. I never received my items. The UPS tracking number they sent me was never valid, meaning the package was never shipped.

I have written six emails trying to resolve this and received no response at all. I’ve wasted not only my money but also a lot of time chasing after an order that clearly was never going to arrive.

This feels like a scam operation. They take your money, provide fake tracking, and then disappear. Avoid this site completely.

I ordered 22th july, after 2 weeks i didn't receive any information about my order.
they immediatly sent my order after a few hours instead of answering to my mail i sent them the same day.
i just got my order yesterday and checked out, they sent me 2 wrong items instead of one, i sent them an email if we could arrange something.

In general, i was waiting 1 month for my order to get 2 items that are right, 2 items i didn't order and one missing, hope they'll answer to my mail, if not i'll spam them with my emails until they answer me.

I ordered the Arabic sweatpants on 28 of may. Emailed them on both of their supposed emails( one doesn’t even work) no response from them whatsoever. Contacted them on instagram dms they also don’t respond!! Wrote on their instagram account comments advising people not to order from them they blocked me?!! And the owner which’s a 17 year old teen claims to be a man of god that doesn’t smoke or drinks but scams people for a living how ironic😂

never arrived

literally ordered it december 2024 and 6 months later it hasnt arrived.

Ich warte seit 2 Monaten auf mein Paket und bis jetzt ist nichts angekommen und wird wahrscheinlich auch nie ankommen schade um das Geld
Habe es mehrmals versucht grailed locker zu kontaktieren aber man bekommt nicht mal eine Antwort
Heftig wie so ein tracksuit Fame und viral im Internet geht aber nur ein Scam ist

I placed an order on April 16 for the Arabix Sweatsuit and White Crystal Wallet Chain. The confirmation email stated the items would be shipped between Wed, April 16 and Fri, May 2 - but nothing was ever shipped. I've sent multiple emails and received no response whatsoever.

At this point, I assume this is just another scam brand like the fake "wealthyboysusa".

Ich habe am 16. April den Arabix Sweatsuit und die White Crystal Wallet Chain bestellt. In der Bestätigungs-E-Mail stand, dass der Versand zwischen Mittwoch, dem 16. April und Freitag, dem 2. Mai erfolgen sollte - aber es wurde nie etwas verschickt. Ich habe mehrere E-Mails geschrieben, aber keine Antwort erhalten.

Für mich ist klar: Genau wie die Fake-Marke "wealthyboysusa" ist auch Grailed Locker einfach nur Scam.

I placed an order on 01.01, now it's 26.02 and there is no sign of my package, just an email confirming placing an order :) I wrote two emails (one requesting refunding my money, I don't want the package anymore) and two messages on Instagram and there's no reply to any of them.
