Grailzee レビュー

Great experience. I was somewhat sceptical to buy high end products on auction on line but everything went down just as promised. The watch arrived on time and in exact condition as represented. Highly recommended as trustworthy and reliable.

Very smooth process and everyone at Grailzee was helpful and kept in contact through the whole process from listing to making sure funds were wired to my account.

I've listed four watches on Grailzee so far. Three have sold, and the fourth is live now.

Going in, I knew the process was more involved than other platforms. Having been through it, I understand why it's necessary. Authentication and verification protect the buyer first, and they also protect the seller and the platform from fraud and counterfeits. In this market, that rigor is what makes the whole system trustworthy.

The business model is excellent, and I believe it's positioned to become the dominant channel in the watch industry.

As a first-time seller, I was impressed by the customer service. Responses were fast and consistent, including on weekends and over the Labor Day holiday.

Highly recommended.

UPDATE: Grailzee ultimately made things right. Mr. Jacobs personally stepped in, quickly reviewed the situation, and arranged a full refund of both charges. I appreciate how professionally and promptly he handled the issue, and I’m updating my review to reflect the positive resolution.

WARNING TO GRAILZEE USERS: Check your credit card statements. I discovered Grailzee Pro charges after a “free trial” apparently converted into a subscription that I never knowingly intended to purchase—and never used. I just wanted the ability to bid on auctions, so created an account and entered my credit card information, but NOT for some Pro service that I did not even know they had, nor need as a consumer. When I asked for a refund, Grailzee actually acknowledged in writing, “We understand that you did not intend to enroll in the Pro subscription,” yet still refused to refund my money, offering credit instead. In my experience, this is an awful way to treat customers. Check your account carefully before you get an expensive surprise.

Great place to buy and sell luxury goods.

Each step of the buy process worked exactly as described. I felt protected at each step. Communication throughout was helpful. Highly recommend.

Great experience, quick turnaround.

Communication was great and everything went as described from purchase to receiving of the item

This was my first experience buying a watch off of an auction site. My regular jeweler warned me to never buy a watch on line or through any type of auction because he said you will get the bait and switch with a fake brand. Well, I think that was just because he didn’t want me buying from anyone else. My overall experience was excellent! I did have lots of questions through my buying process just because I am a skeptical person. The people at Grailzee were very thorough and followed up me every step of the way! I actually bought 2 Audemars Piguet watches. They everything I was expecting and more. I love my new purchases. I will only buy from this site again to add to my collection because of the ease of it. No need to shop anyplace else. So don’t be afraid to sign up and get bidding! I have a ton of fun bidding on this site! Two thumbs up!!!

A good solid experience, and a Grailzee Rep. even jumped in to help mediate a sale.

Won my first auction last week. Great process and customer service. Watch came in excellent condition. Definitely looking forward to purchasing through Grailzee again!

Great communication all along the way. Very quick response by seller to ship the watch for authentication and likewise, rapid shipping to me. Very well and securely packaged for safe delivery. Watch exactly as described.

I love the selection that Grailzee cultivates, no issues with the process whatsoever! Timely, clear communication throughout the auction, payout and receipt of the product. Will be purchasing here again if I get lucky enough!

I trust this website , very easy and safe method on buying the watch you love

An excellent platform for both buying and selling—a safe place for both—with the Grailzee team always ready to help with any questions.

Very pleasant experience from sign up to purchase. Personnel were professional and informed.

These guys are great and go above and beyond to facilitate deals.

It was a great experience dealing with Grailzee

Fantastic Experience with my first purchase! Trying. To purchase a 2nd watch as we speak! I’m hooked.

I just purchased a watch from Grailzee. The process was very easy and staff was very helpful. My item was shipped fast and exactly what I ordered. Will definitely purchase of Grailzee again.
