Expect old coffee and no comms
What's the point of buying from this "Specialty" roaster when they ship coffee 3 months after roast date. And even then, it took them a week from purchase to ship without any comms on delay.
Tried to get in touch with them directly to resolve but non responsive by website and email even though they are active on socials. No phone to call. Maybe invest in actual customer service?
The premium paid for Specialty coffee comes from its freshness which customers reasonably expect otherwise they'd go to a supermarket. Taking customer money and delaying shipping without comms is just asking for trouble.

Scam, Lies, Thieves.
Human garbage running this scam show. Ordered a couple years ago no problem. This time a week after they took my money, nothing. No updates, no shipping. Liars. Thieves. I’m warning them if I travel to NSW. Lookout

Some of the best coffee going around
Some of the best coffee going around. I've bought from Grand'Cru multiple times as the coffee is great and the online shop is easy to navigate. Fast free shipping is a plus too.

Grand'Cru coffee never disappoints! Great coffees, great service! I highly recommend trying different varieries to see which one/s are your favourite/s. We have several favourites that we alternate.
