Not only are all the prior reviews true. Which references this sites backward bonus structure. Not only did I roll over the bonus by making a ton of bets. I did so by the luckiness of winning.

And what did I get when I turned my 2k into 7k. Magically my 7k rolled over into 1.5k. My cash money bets were paid as bonus funds which stolen by there bonus bet structure. And sure I can understand if I had bet bonus funds. I DID NOT BET BONUS FUNDS, most of the funds were a 1.8k cash bet because how could my first bet be 1.8k bones money. To win 5.9k. They paid it out as bonus cash. Which is there system wrong. Refuse to look at this problem telling me it's my fault for not reading there terms and conditions. I READ IT SO MANY TIMES. the bet was not bonus cash, I have the screen shots and transaction information to prove it. It's sad that as a first responder who has to deal with people offing themselves that I would have to literally be robbed. And told nothing I can do, as they hide in a foreign country.

I am a loyal costumer of them ( and their company New Era by sister casinos)

After 12 attempts:

They refuse answer me via live chat .

They refuse me answer my emails.

And this since 6 days.

Normally they answer immediately so i know there is something wrong.

Technical problems or a trick of treatment. I guess number 2.

I send them all the proves via screenshots.

The issue: I have 35€. In account. Avaible for WITHDRAWEL. ( Deposit mount is wagered 5x)

When i ask a WITHDRAWE Request, its return to my account ( after 15 minutes ) WITHOUT information about REJECT or Canceled.

Not 1 time, but 25 attemps. Really frustrating. Never saw this. Normally you get status 'rejected ' then but they handle as nothings happen.

Its strange because in the past i did normal WITHDRAWELS here ( always little amount)

I read also a lot complaints about this casino, but Okay, this happens with all company's.

Ok, its only 35€ but due my muscles disease its stress for me and its not the first time i am victem of scam casinos.

Help me.

Contact them fast. Thats all i ask.

Definitely a scam I won 3200 and then they proceeded to clear it without me knowing as they talk to me saying it was an error. After using $360 of my own money to win they chose to only give me 50 free spins in compensation for what happened it's avery big scam don't play it. They even asked for me to send a screenshot of my winnings after clearing knowing that they had cleared my account of all my money in it. Leaving me with free spins

I won 130 bonusmoney, they just canceled it without warning and refuse to pay it back. Also you can't payout your true winnings! Don't play here, it's a scam.

Avoid this company at all costs. The signup offer makes it impossible to win anything given the wagering requirements. They withhold your winnings until you have staked 1500 euro. It is company like these that unfortunately make gambling regulations required.

This is the worst site other betina I have been on. Can place a bet on sports bonus and its impossible to win on it if it did work. Wagering requirements and if you win you have to place a bet 16 times over 21 days and you only get 50 percent on the winnings.
