The installation person was excellent and did a great job but the person (Peter Morrison) who came and did the survey did not do it correctly.
He had not taken the fact that my taps were on a low pressure water system so the tap he provided only allowed the water to dribble out not come out as it should. I did notify him but he sent a note back saying I was incorrect, my only option was to get a plumber who confirmed it was the wrong sort of tap and I had to pay to have the Tap replaced (£170).
I have tried to recover my money but he seems to be ignoring me.
So just be carful on the survey side.

Advice and support from the initial consultation to the installation. Very good workmanship from knowledgeable craftsman. Clean and tidy work from start to finish. Very pleasing result.

My experience with this company has been five star from estimating through to fitting. They are knowledgeable, professional and efficient and have carried out a high quality job for me replacing my kitchen cupboard doors. Totally reliable throughout.

The ordering, fitting and payment process for my kitchen worktops 5 years ago was absolutely excellent.
But how have those worktops fared with daily use since then?
The answer is that they still look good as new and give me joy every day.

From the initial visit by Peter, through to the fitting of the worktop, excellent service. We were a little reluctant to go down the route of quartz wraps for our existing workshops, but logistics meant it was the most sensible choice. Now so glad we did. And would absolutely recommend Granite Transformations - our research showed they were well regarded, and I can see why. Very attentive to detail, helpful and excellent work quality by the fitter. They look great!

We are really happy with our worktop; it looks great and has been installed with great care/finish while it has has transformed the look and feel of our kitchen.

We would certainly recommend the product and Granite Transformations Cambridge. We opted for the Venetian worktop with surrounds and a splashback which looks fantastic. The pricing was clear and no hidden extras.

The work was completed in a day; shout out especially to Bob for his hard work to achieve this.

The whole process from start to finish was seamless and we were provided a lot of advice and assistance regarding decision making on taps/sinks/hobs. It was also really easy to communicate with the relevant people at the relevant times.

The gentleman who came to measure and fix my worktop was very kind and helpful and he said that it there was any problems or l was not happy with it to let him know and he would fix it

It is 9 months since we had our recycled glass worktop installed and we are still as pleased with it as when it first transformed our kitchen. It has stood up wonderfully to all we have thrown at it and is as new. We were very impressed with Peter who treated us as adults with no "phone a friend" haggle rubbish. Bob who fitted it was very amenable and professional and went above and beyond, even sorting out some of our Heath Robinson plumbing to make sure it all worked properly. The admin side was a little quirky but I would have no problem recommending them and the product.
