Fitting was so professionally done. A slight fault in one of the cabinets , however rectified . Much easier process saving money,time and mess to have kitchen makeover, looks good as a new kitchen.

Third time we’ve used this company and usual impeccably professional service, superb quality and value for money product, delivered and expertly installed without fuss. What more could you ask?

A lovely new worktop very neat worker a great improvement

We wanted to change our worktops and some appliances, with as little disruption and stress as possible. From the first contact with the showroom we were given individual guidance and support. We were able to follow up the visit for measurement and quotation with questions and revisions, and received prompt and helpful responses. Fitting day went according to plan. Our query re small plumbing issue was responded to quickly and we resolved this satisfactorily. We are very pleased with the finished transformation.

Delighted with our new kitchen doors, having previously had our worktops done. Great fitters who completed job to a high standard.

Steve took the time to understand what we wanted to achieve as it wasn't simply replacing like-for-like. He made recommendations based on his experience, ensuring the final order not only matched our initial idea, but that it also functioned well.

Paul the fitter was thorough and meticulous, even when battling wonky walls. He regularly checked in when something needed a decision, and was very conscientious about the installation and clean up at the end of each day.

We are so pleased with the result. It's bought a very tired kitchen up to date.

Great service from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and they worked with me to find a style that suited my kitchen and budget, without ever being pushy or trying to upsell unnecessarily. Very flexible with timings – the whole job was completed within 3 weeks. The finish is high quality and has completely lifted the kitchen.

What an amazing company , from start to finish they have been excellent, from the template process to the final handle being fitted they were excellent trades people, I would like to thank Dan who fitted the worktops, didn’t know he was here half the time what a perfectionist, the operative fitting the doors etc again what a job he done, anyone who would like a makeover in the future that I know , I will be recommending Granite Transformations, must mention Lisa who again was excellent. We had a very positive experience with Granite Transformations (Tunbridge Wells) during our recent kitchen countertop refurb. We met four employees over the course of the first appointment, templating/measuring appointment and fitting appointment and everyone was very friendly, professional and detail focused. The staff on email at the office have also been very responsive and knowledgeable. The countertops themselves look beautiful and we are very happy.

Thank you for my ‘new kitchen.’ It is beautiful and has really transformed the space. The process was smooth, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure meeting Steve who sold his product to me without the hard-sell and convinced me of the quality in the product. Mark was very good, prompt and pleasure to have in my home for the week he cleaned up after he left everyday and more importantly he is clearly someone that takes pride in his work. He worked hard and instilled confidence in me from the start of the process that he would do a good job which helped me rest easy through the process. From start to finish Granite Transformation were helpful and friendly giving us guidance and support in making decisions without any pressure. The templating and fitting team worked quickly and were very friendly too, making sure we were happy with the installation and cleaned up thoroughly. We are delighted with the transformation of our kitchen.

Right from start to finish we received an excellent service. Once it was finished it was absolutely perfect. I feel like I am in a different house every time I walk into my kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble, the whole team were absolutely fabulous and very professional.

Excellent product at a reasonable price. Dealing with the local office was very straightforward. Fitter did a very good job. Fitting was done in less than a day which meant minimal disruption.
Would like to give 4.5 stars - only reason for not a score of 5 was that the new sink which the salesman said was the same size as our old is actually smaller - yes we should have checked, but he should have got it right. A real shame as everything else is so good.

From quotations to installation on the 14th of July 2025 the Tunbridge Wells unit was excellent.
From explaining the process, pricing
the quotations, forgiving the Template required to excellent installation work on the 14th July was spot on and superb.
