All staff were very professional, helpful and accommodating. We are very pleased with the work done.

Very disappointed with follow up call to our enquiry. It was made very clear numerous times that the company would only consider our job if it would be worthwhile to them because of the two hour drive they would have to make to get to our house. Not impressed

Excellent service from start to finish. Very informative initial meeting at the showroom inTunbridge Wells with Gavin who came the following week to measure up. The quote we considered to be reasonable and we placed our order. The stencil person came round a fortnight later and the worktops and new sink and hob fitted the week after. We are delighted with the product and service.

We used Granite Transformations ( Tunbridge Wells) for our kitchen 5 years ago. We were so happy with their service we have used them again for our utility room. They are reliable , professional and friendly with great customer service . If you have any issues, they will sort them out, so for peace of mind ,we would happily use them again.

First Class service from start to finish, was kept up to date every step of the way. The planning templates were taken quickly and a date set for completion. A slick installation with minimal disruption, clean tidy and a very professional job. My kitchen was left clean and tidy. I am very pleased indeed with the service and skills of all at Granite Transfromations Tunbridge Wells. Thanks to you all. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

An excellent range of products, friendly and knowledgable service, good value, very competent technicians, good customer recovery.
Extra work done to repair an older worktop historically fitted by them, so it's good to know they still support older products.

The whole experience from the initial inspection, through to installation was exemplary. A date was fixed for measuring detailed templates, with the installation of the finished products a week later.
The operatives were very friendly and kept us informed at all times and cleaned up after them.

The whole experience from initial consultation to completion has been 1st class.
Granite Transformations,Tunbridge Wells have done a fantastic job on our kitchen transformation.
The fitters Paul and Mark did an amazing job on the worktop and kitchen door replacements.

A great experience from start to finish. Lisa and Gavin were so friendly and helpful, doing everything they could to make the process as easy as possible. We were recommended them by a family member are so happy with the results. Installation took just a day too so was very quick and easy.

This is the second time we have used Granite Transformations. The first time was to install replacement worktops over original black granite ones and a handyman then painted the original cabinets blue. The latest project was the provision and installation of an island unit shown here. The team are delightful to deal with and Mark who undertook the installation was friendly, helpful and professional. All the dates for installation were adhered to and Mark tidied up afterwards. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Tunbridge Wells team.

This is the second kitchen which Granite Transformations have transformed for me. I'm so pleased again with the results. Worktop overlays completed in a day and looks gorgeous!
