Catherine was very helpful throughout. Paul, who oversaw the project at home, was also very friendly and easy to work with. We are delighted with our new kitchen work surface and would highly recommend Granito in Eastcote.
From the initial consultation through to the installation, we received a very personalised service. Catherine was very knowledgeable and provided relevant advice and responses to our questions, but also gave us the time necessary to decide on what we wanted. This was definitely not a hard sell approach. There was clear expectation setting on the templating and installation timescales and these were completely adhered to. The installers did an excellent job and tidied up upon completion.
This job entailed replacing existing laminate worktops with a granite worktop, including providing cutouts for a new hob and also for the existing sinks.
