the solution they told was to hire a professional plumber. fixed it on my own 15mins later. Waste of time.

We are landlords and this company called us suggesting we commit fraud to pretend we live at our properties so the tenants can be eligible for this grant. Highly illegal sales tactic. They suggested we move our water bill or another bill or bank account to the adress'. Happy for us to go to prison for fraud with 0 come back on them.

My experience was really bad, although i got my boiler installed. But the application and approval process took two months. The installation process was very quick and simple. Would recommend them.

Was a advert ref government boiler heating scheme. Sent information stating I qualify then WhatsApp asking for pic of boiler then told condenser boilers not part of scheme so why not state this at the start. Felt like a scam ie I qualify then told I don't waste of my time and effort duevto boiler being in the loft. Where if he asked I would have told him saving my self time and effort. My advice don't bother with these scammers
