Can be unprofessional at times and communication is often lacking. As the studio is located within a gym, there are occasions when other people enter during sessions, which can be distracting and impact the overall experience.

Fantastic service very professional highly recommended.
After months of agony in my shoulder not sleeping and taking pain relief daily with no relief I decided to try a sports massage and felt so much better the next day after even one session. Even managed to sleep better that first night too. Very knowledgeable and will be definitely booking again A***** service thank you ☺️ 🙏

I went to see Alex today for a 60 minute deep tissue massage.
The studio space is easy to get to and has calm vibes.
After a short chat about why I had come today, Alex had a clear idea how to address the issue in my shoulder and neck.

I think for the price that the massage was very good quality, and that Alex has a good understanding and knowledge of the inter-connectedness of the body, breath, and mind.

An all round very holistic service that was tailored to releasing the tension in my shoulder and neck.

Post massage I feel much better. Highly recommended!

Very professional service! Super friendly and easy to talk Alex made me feel comfortable straight away and took extra care and focus on the areas I needed it most as well as talking me through what he was doing and what I was experiencing. I left feeling so much better and with exercises to help and assist my recovery even more. Excellent, professional, customer focused support and service from the outset. Alex took the time to listen and understand my situation, and then clearly outlined a plan of action - which combined targeted sports massage and advice for how to focus on continued improvement of the affected area with a number of specific exercises. Welcoming, relaxing and calming environment in terms of massage/therapy facility - great ambiance.
