Grape & Fig always have the best customer service, providing a call the day before to confirm delivery. Then updated delivery comms the day of and then a follow up email the day after.

I always feel so valued as a customer whenever I purchase from Grape & Fig - I'll always come back!

I ordered from Grape & Fig for an event for 40 people and everything was really fantastic. The presentation was superb and the food was fresh and tasty. I will definitely be using them again!

I was totally impressed with the whole experience. A last minute order, customer service was outstanding throughout.
I ordered the cheese and charcuterie, fruit and crudities and hummus platters. Presentation was just beautiful and food was totally delicious.

The team were fantastic from start to finish. The canapés were beautifully displayed and perfectly in keeping with the aesthetic of the event.Not only did everything look incredible, but the food itself was delicious, we had so many compliments from guests. Would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Grape&Fig, they turned up very early, the food was delicious and the presentation was incredible. All the guests were very impressed.

From the outset, the G&F website is super user-friendly, all platters arrived looking exactly as photographed on the website and described. Before the delivery date I had a call and email from Rachael in the G&F team about the order which was really comforting. The delivery was well within my planned slot, which took away so much stress from planning my event. The delivery driver Pam stayed in touch with me which was so thoughtful. The food itself was absolutely delicious and all of my guests for my corporate event raved about it. As a bonus I even ended up with some of the leftovers! Can't wait for another reason to order from these guys.

Customer service was great, communication was super quick and helped with any queries we had. We ordered breakfast on this occasion which was perfect and looked great for our event. We have previously ordered some platters for an evening event which have been equally as good!

Love Grape & Fig! We've ordered the Cheese & Charcuterie board for two events now and both times had fantastic experiences. The product is fabulous! I would use this company again, and I would recommend them. Why not 5 stars you ask? Well, the delivery window time (for which you pay extra by the way, and none of this is cheap) was 8am (bit early for me of a Saturday) to 12pm. So to get a 7:15am wake up "WE'RE HERE!" was a rude awakening. But it's so beautifully presented you'll forgive anything - almost.

£96 with 20% black friday discount, may be unjustified but would be happier if price was around £70. The price would keep it as a special occasion treat rather than more orders.

I had a great experience with Grape & Fig- from the get go their communication was excellent, they called to confirm the order and talk through the delivery. They also called the day before to re confirm delivery details. On the day, they arrived within the expected window, and the presentation of all the food was immaculate. Needless to say, the food was delicious- we ordered the deli selection, and two sets of yoghurt pots, and everyone commented on how tasty it all was. They even gave us a complimentary platter of minced pies which went down very well. I am really impressed and would definitely use them again for any event
