Dropped my airbrush Thursday afternoon and broke the needle locking nut holder thing. Found the replacement part in stock with these guys and placed my order, was shipped Friday and arrived Saturday.. it’s fitted, my Airbrush works. I purchased a new airbrush that was not in stock at the time of purchase. Very quickly the team at Graphic air got in touch with me to advise me when to expect the item. Once they received it they promptly dispatched in by royal mail 24hr delivery. Their communication, transparency and friendliness resulted in a very positive customer experience.

Easy to navigate website and order. They had the airbrush I was after for a good price. Prompt dispatch in time for Christmas.

Ordered the new ultra 24 airbrush, just before Christmas. Its just arrived, I know that there were distribution delays by Harder and Steenbeck. These guys kept me in the loop all the way. Received many updates which is great. Keep up the good work. Keeping customers updated doesn't regularly happen with other companies. But these Guys rock. 👍🏻👌

Ordered an airbrush late on Thursday, and amazed it arrived on Saturday morning.
It was also cheaper than Amazon by £30.
My wife emailed them to see if they had stock, and again they were very quick responding the same day.

The team are helpful and very communicative. The airbrush I ordered was showing as in stock but was an error. They contacted me promptly and offered alternatives and then got the airbrush out for delivery that same day and it arrived today. Their prices are very competitive as well.
