The writing section of the site is slow, and ineffectual. The graphics design is hardly better. We would have done better with Fiverr. Don't waste your time and money on a second-rate freelance service.

We have been with GZ for 1 month and they have been a great addition to our team. They are responsive, efficient, and the designs are exactly what we're looking for. We're excited to continue to work together to get more creatives out for our clients.

Unlimited designs! I really loved working with Graphics Zoo. The graphics really aligned with my brand and the artists work very fast. The price was amazing. I will definitely be back.

The design team at GraphicsZoo continues to amaze me with their talent. They are creative and produce quality work on time. I continue to use them for my game company because they listen and produce what I need in a remarkably fast turnaround time. I strongly refer them. 5 stars !!!

We have been using this service for several months now and absolutely love it! Graphic Zoo is now our in-house design team and they are very affordable. We do not need to go out and find new designers, as Graphic Zoo is our new long term partner!

GraphicsZoo has been an amazing asset to my startup. They have allowed me to focus my time building and perfecting my product while they focus on design and graphics. They are responsive and listen to my needs and wants when creating a design. Great experience thus far!

Graphic Zoo provides an easy way to get design work completed. Overall, its a great concept. But its not really unlimited. Depending on the complexity of the project, is what will determine how many you get done a month. In reality, you are only getting around 20-40 hours of work a month. They do great work, but revisions end up taking a lot of your available request. I've told them to provide something like a black and white version of a logo they forgot so I had to wait another day just for that request meaning I would have to wait on getting other projects done. If you are looking for a convenient way to request design work, this is a great solution. But if you are looking to save money, I would not recommend it. You really end up only getting UP TO 20 projects if everything is perfect.

Graphic Zoo is a huge help for our startup, as they are designing a plethora of logos, business cards, brochures, and more for us. This is allowing us to save tons of money on expensive graphic designers and get all the quality designs that we need.

The designs were mediocre at best.You could literally go on Fiverr and save yourself hundreds of dollars and get better work done.

Either way, I signed up to check them out and decided to cancel before the renewal and they went ahead and rebilled me anyways. I though that maybe this was an oversight so I messaged them and that is when they started ignoring my messages which is strange because they were very quick to respond before this.

I'm not sure if GraphicsZoo understands how chargebacks work but they will be getting one from me. I gave them plenty of opportunity to resolve the issue and all attempts were ignored.

Based on these facts I would avoid this company. They are not to be trusted.

For anyone else that signed up with GraphicsZoo.com, I suggest calling your bank and disputing the charge if they ignore your requests to cancel.

My designer is just WOW! He is very talented!

I have been looking for a perfect designer for me and I found him. My designer is so talented that I am always getting high-quality designs. He always exceed my expectations.

Graphics Zoo's service is so convenient for me. I get all my designs done, without going through hiring a designer, building a process, building a system, monitoring and more. Graphics Zoo does that all for me! Now I have more time to do strategic plans for my business as they help me with all my design needs.

Great Graphics. Great Customer Service. Highly recommend them. READY AND WILLING TO HELP. Great for a growing marketing or web design company.

Poor quality designer, bad customer service. They advertise a risk-free 14 day trial, which is completely untrue. They will only honor the risk-free trial if you don't actually put through any design requests. How am I supposed to try out the product risk-free without using it? Overall the designer quality was really bad.

The only good thing I can say is the software is good. So using it for white label with your own designers may make more sense, but asana can get the job done also.

I have been trying to use Graphics Zoo for a month and a half. I have not been able to get any project to where it seems quality and professional. The last straw was requesting certain image sizes and they just disregarded the request and sent multiple sets of the same size files. They don't use any naming convention in their work product and their system for delivering files is cumbersome. Their site keeps asking for a feedback and when I click that I am not satisfied nothing happens. In asking for creativity I get what my 1st grader might make and junky clip art. I am canceling and looking for a better provider. Also, there is clearly no QA or account management process.

The team at Graphics Zoo has been amazing. They have really worked hard to meet our strict demands for timeliness and quality. We have been thoroughly impressed and are looking to have a continued and long-term relationship!

BEWARE! Their designers simply took stock graphics from other sites and recycled them for me. Practically 0 communication. Disappointed and frustrated I requested a full refund because I was still within the 14-day trial. Guess what they said? They can't refund me because I "Approved" a design.

WARNING, their platform basically forces you to approve a design in order to start something else. Fraudulent method to scam people into negating an ambiguous refund policy that's not written anywhere on your site except hidden in your FAQ.

I actually wanted to eventually circle back and give them another try if it weren't for their predatory scam tactics.

They gave a new tone to my brand, quick turn around and the designs were mind-blowing. I got 5 designs within 1 week. I really appreciate their service.
