i took their rise plan for 3 year and they siphoned money without delivering anything

i took their rise plan for 3 year and even after 7 month they have not created my website. their team is very unprofessional and unsupportive. they will just call 50 times a day when they want you to purchase after that they will start ghosting you. your assigned manager will keep on changing with no work delivered. i would highly recommend to go for good freelancer rather then graphy you will get better results in low cost.

Working with Astitav Kumar as my Graphy account manager has been a truly positive and refreshing experience.

From the moment he came on board, I noticed a significant shift not just in the technical structure of my course, but in the way my entire programme was being approached from a business and growth perspective.

Astitav is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in helping me succeed. He has taken the time to understand my vision for the Unstoppable Resilience Framework. He has supported me in refining the structure of my courses to make them clearer, more aligned, and ready for launch.

Absolutely frustrating experience

Absolutely frustrating experience. Feels like a complete money grab.

Salesman (Shubham) called 10 times a day before purchase. Non-stop pressure to close. After payment? Support takes weeks after your desparete follow ups. You have to chase them constantly.

Huge promises. Underdelivery.
“customizable” is completely misleading.
Outdated themes. Poor mobile design. Barely any real control.

They should have clearly communicated all limitations upfront.
Instead, everything is a “yes” during the pitch.
Weeks later, the same things get rejected.

Basic features don’t even work:

- HTTPS domain doesn’t connect
- Payments fail randomly
- Students face unnecessary bugs to signup
- Students can’t leave proper reviews

Spent 4 months building my site and uploading content. Then I'm asked why am I enrolling free students because it's costing them “bandwidth.”

They even accused me of taking payments externally and giving access manually. Makes no sense—if I knew how to run that kind of setup, why would I invest ₹30K and 4 months into their platform?

I paid for the platform—I should decide whether courses are free or paid. It’s none of their concern how I run my business.

“Customized app” is another misleading promise. You'll be horrified after reading their terms & conditions.

Course security is weak. Anyone can record and pirate content.

Won't recommend.

On the support front, our goal is to have a human agent connect within 24–48 hours to resolve any queries and concerns, and depending upon the kind of concerns, it may take a few hours up to a few days to resolve.

We’d also like to clarify a few points to avoid any confusion:

Customization: Graphy does offer customizable websites and landing pages. However, the mobile app is not fully customizable by design.
Technical issues (domain, payments, signups): These are not expected behaviors on the platform. Our team is equipped to resolve such issues, and we regret that this wasn’t handled promptly in your case.

Regarding your concerns on control and usage:

You are absolutely right that creators should have flexibility in how they run their business. At the same time, certain platform-level checks (like unusually high free enrollments or external payment routing) are sometimes flagged to prevent misuse or system abuse.

On content security, we’d like to clarify that Graphy provides multiple layers of DRM protection—including encrypted streaming, dynamic watermarking, and access controls—to significantly reduce piracy risks.

Lastly, based on your feedback and current requirements, we’ve initiated a refund from our end.

We truly appreciate you taking the time to share this—it helps us improve.

Totally fake

Totally fake. I paid since 4th January 2026 and still no response. I got the worst onboarding manager. Repeatedly I requested to change her but no one took it seriously. Scammers.

Patient and Thorough Customer Service

I have had wonderful experiences with Astitav Kumar. I am in the process of switching my website host to Graphy because I believe it is a better fit for what I need. While I'm not the most techy person, Astitav has been very patient and very thorough in helping me understand the process, what I can do, and how, along with getting me started.

great customer service- when i needed help I was able to reach out and get a reply quickly, along with options to do a call and get the guidance i needed- and when i did get the help, it was friendly, pleasant and encouraging!

Overall I had a good experience with…

Overall I had a good experience with the account manager helpful and available when needed. But with graphy I am quite disappointed with the commission issue. Graphy had agreed on an 8.2% deduction but 10% was charged instead. Also the correct settlement is still pending and has been denied for now. Really hoping this gets sorted soon.

Excellent service

Experience with customer care executive i.e. Astitav was very positive. I found the support to be very helpful. The representative i.e. Astitav was very supportive and taught everything to me with patience and efficiency.
In short service was excellent.

Here's To Service!

I am rating my service provider, Astitav. He is a wonderful teacher and explains all the many ways to make something happen on Graphy while preparing our website for launch. I am learning how Graphy thinks. Between Astitav, audio and video recordings of our talks and playing with the site builder I'm confident we will launch within the month. High marks for Astitav and service!

Disappointing Support and Misaligned Expectations

We signed up with Graphy for our EdTech platform Smart Class Connect, based on the understanding that their team would support us with the complete website and app integration process.
Unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing. After more than one month, we have received almost no meaningful support from their team, and we eventually realized that most of the integration work had to be done by our own team.
The expectations set during the onboarding and discussions did not match the actual level of support provided later. For startups trying to build a serious international online education platform, this gap can create significant delays and frustration.
Graphy might work for individual creators who only need basic course hosting, but businesses looking for professional support, proper integration, and scalable solutions should carefully evaluate the platform before committing.
We hope the company improves its transparency and support for startups in the future.

Deceptive Billing Practices, Not refunding money for services not given.

I stopped using Graphy in January 2026. However, in February, they billed me for another year of service and never invoiced me. When I found out, I reached out asking them to refund me the money because I will not be using there services anymore. Graphy refused to refund the money. Graphy is being paid for a year of services that they will NOT provide. Their deceptive billing practices, their poor response time, and their eagerness to take money for services not rendered require me to leave this warning: do not do business with Graphy.
