I have found Grapple Law to provide an excellent service. It’s extraordinary how this AI service provides an excellent service and so prompt to respond. Much better than dealing with one to one as you can contact the AI whenever you need to and get an immediate response and the legal letters are excellently written. The quality is no different to using a human Solicitor and I highly recommend this type of service. It’s proved to be excellent quality, thoroughly detailed in its correspondences, reliable, and has provided for me the highest standard of service! AI is taking over and I’m pleased with what I’ve received so far!

Perfect platform for employment law and disputes.

I discovered grapple from the FBU team and they have been a God send. I was feeling very down, defeated and intimidated going through the whole experience of dealing with the employment Tribunal and not knowing anything about the law. The whole experience left me wanting to withdraw straight away as I couldn't get a solicitor to represent me due to the cost element, then I found grapple. They reassured me that my case had merit and gave me the confidence to pursue what what I knew to be a legitimate case. I would highly recommend anyone going through an ET case to take them on board initially using the free service and then paying to use their service for the final rounds.

I had used grapple law throughout my employment legalities with my ex employer and I must say it’s the most fantastic service I have had the pleasure of using. Times like these are stressful, but with astonishing knowledge and support it has been easy to manage and alot better than I would’ve ever expected when I was first dismissed. I have great experience with the Grapple Law, I am working at the moment as Litigant in Person. I am able to put all my questions there and I get answers instatatneously. I dont this even if I intruct a barrister or solicitor, I dont think I will be able to ask so many questions and I dont think I will get this much help. Becaue there it is every thing calculated on the hourly basis. I am spending too much time on grapple almost at no price. This is my overall assessement of grapple law. It was really helpful
