Beef Brisket Point - 2.25 lbsのレビュー

I am not as familiar with this cut when it comes to cooking it and cooking it well so I get nervous. I try to always remember, lower temperatures and slower timeframes when it comes to grass fed, grass finished beef. This helps ensure that it comes out tender and flavorful. I have purchased in the past and did cook it well enough that I purchased it again. Great tasting meat.

Great product for the value/taste.

Well packaged, fast shipping. Juice and tender. I watch the US wellness videos on YouTube, happy cows. Alabama grass lands look great. I will continue to use US wellness for all my protein needs. Thank you

meat was beginning to defrost superficially due to shipping delay by a day

This is a treat for any special dinner. Cook for several hours very low with fat and herbs.

Have been using this cut for a specific stew/broth recipe. Always turned out delicious. The meat is tender, juicy, and flavorful. My family loves it! Thanks for the quality product.

I wish there was a little more marbling for point meat, but was still good nonetheless.

Bought 3 all 3 smelled rotten. Threw them all away. Still can smell that stank. Maybe just a bad batch.
