Savor and fork tender is used to describe US Wellness Meats’ boneless Beef Chuck Roast. A year-round favorite, the Chuck Roast is one of US Wellness Meats bestselling roasts. Once you taste the flavor, you'll understand why!
This Beef Chuck Roast cut is marbled throughout which adds to the rich flavor and tenderness. They are not as tender as middle steak cuts, but are perfectly suited for pot roasts and braising. It's also an excellent cut for grinding your own ground beef due to the balance of meat and fat.

Each Chuck Roast averages 3 pounds.
All of US Wellness Meats’ beef products are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished.

As far as beef chuck goes, it’s good. It’s not my favorite personally, but it’s a high-quality chuck roast.

I prefer grass-fed, grass finished meat. You have it and it is all good products. the stores do not sell the same quality.

Best chuck roast I've had in many years. I brine my own corned beef, rather than it from the local grocery or meat shops, because I do not want the chemicals in our food. This made an excellent corned beef. It was more economical than the brisket for my use. I prefer chuck roast to brisket, although I do enjoy a brisket now and then, but it is quite pricey. I hope to be purchasing again.

I am happy I found this company. I love their beef and will continue to buy from them. I was very pleased with the quality of the beef, the way it was packaged and shipped. It arrived very quickly and that also impressed me. Thank you for raising the cattle for me. You are doing a wonderful job!

We love this cut. It has sooo many applications like: stew meat, gring for burgers, cook whole w just salt in dutch oven 450 1 hr then 325 up to 2 hrs more or till pulls apart like pulled pork. Eat as is or use in tacos & more :)

We’ve purchased about 5 chuck roasts and I have to tell this was one of most joyful tasting meats. Great value and taste. My wife used a slow cooker and let it cook for 7 hrs. Meat was just as tender and delicious.
