These are the nicest, most flavorful flank steaks I have seen in years. I immediately ordered 6 more.

The purest, leanest Flank Steak is waiting for your favorite recipe. If you do not have a recipe, check out US Wellness Meats’ favorite recipes. They are located under the recipe tab.
Flank Steak also works great for homemade jerky!
Each Flank Steak package averages 1 pound (1-2 pieces per package).
US Wellness Meats is proudly teamed up with a group of elite grass farmers from the Island of Tasmania which is located off the coast of Australia. This cut is currently sourced from both our domestic cattle and our farm partners in Tasmania. The climate in Tasmania is a utopia for cattle because of the year round maritime climate buffered by the Southern Ocean. No hormones or GMO's are allowed on the island and air quality is recognized as the gold standard for purity on the globe. Tasmania is slightly larger than the state of West Virginia and covered with some of the finest grass in the world.
All of US Wellness Meats' beef products are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished.

Like that it is not fatty: size of meat is easy to thaw & easy to cut into thin strips & marinate!

This has to be one of the most versatile cuts I can think of. I make shredded beef in sauce (ropa vieja) in spanish. I place the beef first in the pressure cooker for about 45 minutes to tenderize it and then use that liquid for a divine soup the next day or freez it for a different occasion. All I need to add is vegetables and maybe noodles. AND if I make 2 lb I even have meat for empanadas, just add hot sauce. Best meat ever!
