Delicious, and love knowing it's grass fed and from a company I can trust.

Our Inside Skirt Steaks are mouthwatering! They are quick to sear for your favorite thin sliced beef recipe.
Inside Skirt Steak is perfect for marinating because of its loose texture. The loose texture absorbs flavor well and can be used in a variety of ways. Inside Skirt Steak can be used for salad toppings, filling wraps, sandwiches, and fajitas.
Each Inside Skirt Steak averages 1 pound.
All of US Wellness Meats' beef products are 100% grass-fed grass-finished.

The taste was good, but the meat was tough. I am not familiar enough with the cut to know if that is normal.

Love the taste of this cut. We place them in a frying pan put the lid on the pan and slow cook in the oven yummy. Also helps with the chewiness of this cut. I prefer this cut of skirt steak over the standard cut they sell. My wife and I must have ordered more then 250 of these over the years.

If you like a skirt steak with more fat this is the one for you. We just aren’t fans and prefer the leaner cuts. The flavor is still good as is the overall quality.

I thought the taste was good and the cut was clean (not a lot of extra fat to trim).
