商品の詳細
US Wellness Meats’ Beef Oxtail is in high demand because it makes excellent soup and stock. This rich, flavorful cut becomes incredibly tender when slow-cooked. Its natural collagen breaks down into gelatin, creating a silky texture and deeply nourishing.

My mom made ox tail soup like what she remembers when she was a kid (she's 86!) and just raved about it! Made her so happy!
