My first tongue as an adult. Bad memories from childhood, but thought I'd try it ONE more time. It was delicious! Will probably buy again.

I love tongue. So precious. Only one per cow. I so appreciate that you are able to provide them. Sometimes I can get locally, but not always. US Wellness is the best. I can trust your quality.

This beef tongue is excellent! I can’t find it anywhere in my local area and I’m very thankful to be able to order it through this wonderful company. It made fabulous Tacos de Lengua!

The tongues were very strangely contorted, two of them had only the barest resemblance of a tongue, even when thawed. Both were, in a word, skinny. I didn't mind the black splotches ( a lot) and assumed that was the cow's fault, but the thinness and the weird twisting I found off-putting. I'm probably wrong, but the flavor reminded me of meat that had been thawed and then refrozen (into little pretzle shapes.).

This tongue is very good. You have to pressure cook it longer than a regular corn-fed-beef tongue, but results are the same.

Excellent! Well trimmed and very 'clean' cooking. Price wise, tongue used to be an inexpensive cut of meat when I was growing up, but now it is a delicacy.
