It is a bit fattier than the stew meat but still tasty, just skim the fat. Prefer it over the beef

Why the Bison price has sky rocketed, not sure. But the product meets and exceeds all expectations.
Absolutely love ground Bison. It even names great meatballs and patty melts!!!
Fantastic
Too much water in the meat. Boiled in the pan rather than fry.

Delicious & healthy- not sure what lean percentage is but it must be low. Cooks beautifully.

A+ ground Bison. Mix this with the ground beef with heart and you have the best Burgers, meatballs, Taco's.. ECT ECT.

Very well packaged and delivered! The ground bison is very lean and exactly what I was looking for. The taste and quality of the meat is the best. A huge difference from our local supermarkets that only carry grain finished bison which to my mind ruins the nutritional value and flavor. We only eat 100% grass fed meats and while this is only a bit more expensive it’s absolutely worth it.

Fresh, clean, and excellent speed of delivery! The is my son's favorite.
This was something different for us. I think it is really good, a bit leaner than ground beef but just as tasty.
So goid! We made bison meatloaf with it and it it was a hit.
We've Bison fans for many ears. Good as always!
Not the best tasting. Too lean.
