Magnificent

Ground Elk has become a staple at our house. We would buy other cuts if they were available, including sausages to grill and elk organ meats.

It’s the first time I have eaten Elk. This meat tasted fresh and I loved it. It is definitely worth the money.

This is by far the best wild game I’ve had in awhile, Used it in a stroganoff and Was pleasantly surprised

Best wholesome flavor for a meal I blended with a pound of organ meat beef and it’s beyond delicious.

Elk burgers, elk chili... elk is by far my favorite type of ground meat.

I was surprised to find that I enjoyed taste of the Elk patties more.

Elk is a very healthy alternative to beef and this elk tastes delicious!

A great option for a taco night, burger night or meatballs! Kids love the meat. Mixes well with bison in meatballs if you need to use up extra or leftover meat

My cat loves it and does really well on it. I use it to make her raw cat food (mix a pre-mix into it). I'm allergic to all mammal meat due to the alpha-gal tick allergy; wish I could eat it myself. She doesn't do well on conventional meats, but does beautifully on this and really likes it. (The elk is also a perfect consistency for wrapping her tiny pieces of allergy pill - generic Zyrtec - in and freezing them, then hiding the frozen ball in a little ball of raw elk. She gobbles them right down.)

This purchase was an experiment because I am looking for different red meats, other than beef, to try in my recipes. This elk made some very tasty chili. I was very happy.
