Oh my gosh! This ground pork is such a treat. They taste so good and when you have crispy bits they melt in your mouth.

Glad to fine ground pork without anything added. I like to add my own spices.
I loved the ground pork I bought in the past, has taste, was not white and super lean, I like fat. I eat recipe every day, a French Canadian recipe called "cretons" with this new version, I no longer want to keep buying. I would be very interested to know if there is the way to receive what I received before. I understand there are 2 types of packaging, the latest order was the same packaging as the meat I had enjoyed in the past, and was worth the money, this new batch is different, seems it was stripped of all its taste. The meat looks more white.
The pork is wonderful. I purchase it all the time.
I buy all of my meat from US Wellness. Great quality and delicious.
This ground pork has too much fat in it. Once you cook it, it renders and not so much meat is left. I added it as meatballs to soup and it made a thick layer of fat floating on top.
Good quality. Fair price.
Loved the sale price- made it more doable.

Love this ground pork...so clean and such a good product for making homemade sausage patties etc. Nothing else added to this pork which is wonderful.

Excellent ground pig. As someone who is sensitive to mass raised pig, the ability to purchase this pasture raised pig is a godsend. I still get mild stomachaches after, but it is noticeably better than when I eat the pigs raised on commercial feed.

I love making my breakfast sausages!
I love this product and use it in so many ways: sausage balls, lentil sausage soup, breakfast egg casserole, and mixed with ground beef for meatloaf or meatballs. Recently I made meatloaf with 1 pound ground pork and 1 pound of US Wellness ground beef/heart/liver combo and it was delicious.
We love this pork! I make homemade Breakfast sausage and Italian sausage with it!
