Not at all what I expected. There was just a little meat on very big bones. The taste was strange, maybe from the smoke that was used. There wasn’t any beef flavor. I cannot recommend and will not order again.

Ok this is an EXCELLENT quality set of ribs... however, for the price I found it's a bit too pricey for me. If you really love ribs and want to avoid the hassle of making them from scratch, this is a good option. I'd rate the amount of meat to be about a 6 out of 10 for the stack. It's not going to satisfy a huge appetite, but would be excellent if you're adding to other parts of a plate. The 1lb weight is mostly from the bones, so at a price of over 20 bucks, I'd save this for a rare treat as opposed to a main option.

Unfortunately, the Hickory Smoked Beef Back Ribs were mostly bone, and the small amount of meat was very dry almost like beef jerky. I will not order this product again.

These are delicious! I heat them for 2 hours on low in the crockpot, topped with sugar-free bbq sauce. I grind salt over them when they’re done cooking. Delicious!
