Excellent flavor, very tender and liver from any animal is one of the best forms of delivery for healthy enzymes, vitamins, and minerals to your body. I will definitely buy again from this company.

First time having lamb liver - I am eating raw and it is delicious!
Wonderful lamb liver! Very fresh, mild, sweet taste and easy to digest. Use it raw in smoothies. Powerful super food.
Impeccable packaging but as a solo I find it it too m many slices together frozen to see how to use it. So not tried yet. Once the hawed liver needs to be cooked & eaten immediately. I’m sure it’s good for a family.

Out of all the liver from various animals this was the tastiest to me
Fresh and delicious
This is the only liver I would buy, it tastes excellent. Store bought bovine liver is awful.
