The meat I buy at US Wellness Meats has always been packaged professionally, arrived in a timely manner. The quality and taste of the meat is exceptional . It is not cheap; but the standard for excellence is worth it.
This lamb was delicious. The flavor is mild. I used the necks to make a lamb stew. Much cheaper than stew meat and just as tender and yummy. I have been buying meat from US Wellness meats for years. Always delicious and pasture raised. Highly recommend!
It was so nice that I could tell them how much fat I wanted on each neck and they listened and delivered. The stew turned out fabulous. The meat is so succulent.
Love using this in soups

This neck meat was so tender and delicious! Only 1 neck so easy to open vacuum seal packet.
These made delicious stock and stew! Very meaty!
Great taste and easy to cook. Meat very tender and succulent.
One lamb neck makes a glorious pot of stew. Rich and decadent, can’t wait to make it again. I’m glad I got two necks.

Tender, juicy, great quality for a great price.
Great quality, lots of flavorful meat. I used them in the Mediterranean Yotam Ottolenghi's recipe with jewel rice.
There’s was no meat on this neck. I slow cooked it and barely got enough for 2 sandwiches. The gravy I made from the broth was delicious though
