I purchased these backs to make chicken stock. They were large and had meat on the bone. My stock is bursting with flavor and has enough meat to transform this stock to a fantastic soup or base for gravey. Highly recommended.

Best way to make 12 hour chicken stock.Just add some organic chicken wings, carrots, onion, celery and garlic to your high quality chicken back and you will have a rich tasting stock.Add a couple of table spoons of apple cider vinegar to draw out minerals. You will not taste the vinegar. Love this product!
