I had the second bad experience in a row. I was creating a Logo for my business, had a few tryouts until I got the right/nice version. The Logo was designed with some text. Later, I wanted a logo without letters, for which this company asked me to upgrade the membership to pro, and the helpdesk couldn't simply remove the words as it violates their policy. Again, this is just a business to steal money.

Probably free LLMs available might be doing a better job than this tool. It just copies subheadings and content from other top results, cannot research and come up with 'look like proprietary' content.
