I wass impressed with the level of personal customer service. I was able to talk with the founder of the company and he provided detailed instructions on how to complete my order. They had the item I was looking for while many other companies were unable to fill my request, Shipping only took two days !!!

I had a very positive experience with GrayPorter. I originally ordered a camera as a gift for my mom, but later realized that I had chosen the wrong model and that she wanted something different. I contacted the team, and Manu, the founder, personally reached out to help me.

He was genuinely kind, understanding, and patient. He walked me through every step of the return process and made everything clear and easy. I really appreciated the personal attention and excellent customer service. I would absolutely do business with GrayPorter and order from them again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a camera.

I got the Fujifilm x100vi the next day I ordered it. Fast delivery. Customer service answered all my questions about the camera and they offer a 2 year warranty as part of the package.

Great experience to say the least. They had a camera I've been looking for at a much better price than anybody else who had the camera available. The shipping was quick and the camera is in my hand now. Would definitely recommend Again.

I was a little apprehensive about ordering from this website because, as many of you know, it’s nearly impossible to get your hands on the Fujifilm X100VI. I was worried it might be too good to be true, but after doing a deep dive into the reviews, I decided to take a chance.

After placing my order, I started second-guessing myself and wondered if I should have gone with the Canon PowerShot G7 X instead. I reached out to customer support, and Manu responded quickly. He was incredibly helpful and reassured me that he wanted me to be completely happy with my purchase—even offering to exchange the camera if I decided to change my mind.

In the end, I stuck with the Fujifilm, and I’m so glad I did. My camera arrived yesterday in perfect condition. I placed my order on Friday, and it was delivered by Tuesday. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend them again!

Manu was very helpful and very responsive throughout the whole buying process (i did not have to talk to a chat bot at all which is very nice) and he replied to all my emails very fast. I was skeptical that I could purchase an X100VI but Gray porter came through. there were issues with my payment and delivery was delayed but it was nothing of their faults. I never write reviews but their customer service was top notch.

I had a genuinely great experience with GrayPorter⁠ customer service. Unfortunately my package was lost during the UPS delivery process, but their team handled the situation professionally, quickly, and with a lot of understanding.

Honestly, I was very skeptical to find a Fujifilm X100VI i stock and at MSRP, but after some research with BBB and TrustPilot, i decided to give Gray Porter a shot. There were some issues with shipping delays (no fault of Gray Porter!), but Manu at Gray Porter was in constant contact and even refunded shipping fee (I paid for express), gave me an additional discount for the inconvenience, and extended my warranty by a year for free. Highly recommend, and will for sure be purchasing from them again!

Ordered a camera that I then had to return, which I was nervous about because I'm in the US and they are in the UK. Process was very easy, and they were very communicative - package was picked up from my house and refund came through within a couple of weeks.
