After your items were shipped, you issued a chargeback to your credit card, reporting fraud. By that time, some items had already been delivered, while others were still in transit.
We understood your concern regarding the cancellation of the undelivered items and acted promptly. We cooperated with you throughout the process, but after you filed a chargeback, we submitted all the necessary evidence to the bank. After a thorough review, the bank sided with us.
We understand the challenges you are facing, but itâs important to clarify that this situation was handled appropriately and in full compliance with established protocols.
