I instructed Graystons to act in relation to a clinical negligence claim. Emma Fawdry was the Solicitor with conduct. Emma was professional and courteous, managed my expectations and offered support during a difficult and emotive period. Having a Solicitor as a client brings its own dynamic but Emma managed wonderfully. Thank you Emma. I really appreciate your hard work and am pleased that it is all over.

My experience of submitting a claim relating to clinical negligence to Graystons Solicitors has been exceptional. I was initially sceptical but soon realised that I was in the right place, working with the right people, who were instrumental in bringing the claim to a successful outcome. Richard Roberts and his team are experienced, empathetic, efficient and exhibited an exceptionally high standard of skill, competence, and reliability. Graystons must be the number one to go to for claims. They have worked very hard for me, constantly keeping me up to date with progresss.
