The Classic Italian Salame (500g) This is for those who appreciate the heavy hitters. Authentic Italian salame, sliced to a medium thickness with a generous 50mm diameter. The Profile: Mildly spiced, deeply savoury, and substantial. The Cook: These larger discs hold their own at high temperatures, developing a beautiful charred edge while staying meaty in the middle. Best For: Big, bold flavours and feeding a crowd. 2. The British Pepperoni (200g) Crafted right here in the UK, this is pepperoni with a bit of attitude.
