I just saw your answer, my direction is correct there is no issue on my side. The only thing I notice is that I pay for an item I didnât receive. Thatâs why I request the refund of my order. I canât pay for nothing.

The delivery company have tried to deliver your item twice but werenât able to as no one was at the address.
We are trying to contact them for more information as we explained via email.
Once the cut off point for delivery has passed, we can raise a dispute with the courier and gather more information.
We can see your first order with us arrived promptly and the second would have if it wasnât for the failed delivery attempts.
We will continue to chase this up and try and resolve the issue asap.

I found this amazing website about a year ago and I must say that I never got disappointed, since I've bought some kits.
Sometimes, there is a mistake regarding the tracking number (once it showed me a different destination), but the support is there for you in a no time. All in all a great service, great selection of kits with little extras like old magazines and football cards, great support when it really matters and last but not least: fair prices.
