I ordered a hover ball December 12th. Cost me $58 from Canada. Never received. Emailed 3 times also and they said was shipped. On third email i demanded the promised tracking number and they stopped responding. Thieves!!

I ordered a hoover ball Dec 11th said it was in stock and it would take 3-10 business days I have had correspondence with Jadei telling me my item shipped I would get a tracking# in just a few days still nothing, and this person has stopped corresponding to me all together. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM... Luckily I purchased through my bank which will help me get a refund.

Horrible experience last Christmas. Ordered 2 ornaments. The image was laid backwards (reverse) onto the plastic piece & so were the words. I reached out to them over 3x via email with no response. No communication. All I wanted was a replacement.

This company deserves no stars. I ordered 2 ornaments in November and they finally arrived in January. No big deal there, but the product I ordered was nothing like the picture. I thought I was getting 3D quality ornaments, but instead, I got the PICTURE of the ornaments glued on a piece of resin. The holes to hang up the ornaments were even drilled on the wrong side! I emailed them to get a refund and they danced around the subject, instead offering better product replacement with a discount. I emailed again asking for the refund and now their email doesn't work. Go figure. I guess Ill take this loss but NEVER order from them!!!

Ordered two items without receiving either.., threw my money away. Fool me once...fool me twice.., shame on me.

Only received 1 item of the 3 I ordered. Took 3 months to get it & cannot get a response to any of the 3 emails I have sent. Waste of money for the one item I did receive. Poor quality & even worse customer service.

Received late January.
Received items that do not match the website photographs.
Incorrectly personalized with someone else’s name...
Have tried to contact the company 3 different times to resolve...no response...it is now March...
I guess I wasted $36 on shrinky dinks! (That I could have made myself!)

Terrible company...NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I went through PayPal for a resolution and got it for the $23 ornament, except that I have to cover the (at least) $16 to ship back the piece of crap to get a refund, so there's really no resolution. It should be illegal for a company to have a US address on their website but insist that customers ship back to China for a refund.

Do not buy from this company. Misleading advertisement. The ornaments do not look like the ones pictured. They are cheaply made, just images stuck to a piece of plastic with a hole drilled in the top.

Do not buy from this company. We bought a Christmas ornament which took 11 weeks to arrive 7 weeks to late. Trying to get a refund but having zero luck with that, very poor quality of the ornament

Very disappointed. Order confirmation received on 12/17, item arrived 2/3/2021. The ornament was reversed under the plastic and did not have the personalization that was ordered. I sent a picture and requested they right their wrong. It has been a month and no response. I was willing to accept the disappointing quality of the actual item (thin plastic, tiny graphics) as it was to be a keepsake of my daughter's journey in Girl Scouts.

DO NOT purchase anything from this company. I only gave this rating 1 star because zero stars was not an option. The photos of the ornaments available for purchase look like 3 dimensional ornaments. They are nothing more than a flat piece acrylic with a picture attached to it. I paid $87.+ for 6 ornaments which included a discount. Ordered in December received in February. One personalized with the name on backwards. I emailed them and got a response. Sent the info they requested on Feb. 12, no response since then.

I ordered a personalized gift for a friend 2/6/21 for a friend. They immediately took the money and the status has been in checking quality for 2 weeks I’ve emailed for a shipping status with no response. The phone number is busy so you can’t reach anyone. I’m getting ready to go to PayPal and file a dispute. Very disappointed

I would never order anything from this company again.. It took about 6 weeks to receive my order of 4 ornaments and all four had the printed words backwards. After multiple requests for a refund I accepted a 50% refund just to be done with them. They started out offering me a 20% refund because they had production costs!!

Zero Stars!!!! I wish I would have read all their reviews before purchasing. Horrible company and a total scam. All of their photography of the products they sell are not even close to the actual product. This company is all about FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The images they show look like a 3D products when in actuality it will be a faded picture on a cheap piece of plastic. The company will not provide a full refund. They first offered a 10% refund, then a 20% refund because they kept saying I received the correct item I purchased. The item I purchased was expected to look like the item in the advertisement!! Then the company said they would give me a full refund if I paid for shipping and shipped that tiny piece of plastic to Hong Kong!! No where on their website states they are out of Hong Kong! They list a Dallas TX address. This company is a total scam! Do not purchase from them.

I purchased a personalized ornament from them December 15 and received it 6 weeks later. The item was extremely cheap - basically a picture glued to a piece of plastic, but that wasn't even the worst problem. The ornament was not personalized, making it worthless to me. After 4 emails raising my concern concerning the defective product, I finally got a response from them. I sent pictures confirming the problem, and after a couple of more emails and a week later they refunded the cost of the item (only). They are not refunding shipping costs, which I feel is not correct given they shipped a defective product. I'm still fighting with them today (Feb 25). Avoid them at all costs, they should get a zero star review, but impossible to leave that.

As with others posting their experiences here, I too did not receive what I was led to believe I had ordered. The ad image made it look like a dimensional owl in shaped wood. Instead I received a cheap piece of plastic with a semi-transparent image of the owl adhered to it. Awful, awful. They say they want happy customers, twice I contacted them and they are totally ignoring me. I paid over $22 (including shipping) for something I wouldn't pay more than 50 cents for. Shame on you Greatgifters. I will remember your name.

This is such a BAD company, one star is being VERY generous. I ordered 2 tote bags MONTHS ago, cost me over $50 but they looked so cute and clever. It's so easy to design a website...... These pieces of junk arrived this week, OMG-- they are akin to something I would buy(or maybe not) in the Dollar Store. Ick. Talk about cheap, thin, crappy sewing, crappy material. Stay away from ANYBODY who advertises o FB. It's all a BIG SCAM. Don't be a sucker. Period.

It's not a 3 dimensional ornament! YOUR FIRST CLUE IS THEY GIVE YOU ONLY ONE DIMENSION! It is a flat piece of crap with the image printed on it. Worth 50 cents!
READ THE RETURN POLICY FULLY AND READ THE DESCRIPTION LIKE YOU WILL BE CHEATED! YOU WILL!
AND promise never to buy from a Face Book ad again, and really follow through this time!
