"mascot utilidors theme park"all of them mascot

We ordered the Robbie raccoon mascot for our elementary school. We ordered it to looked identical to their photo on their website color grey. When it arrived the mascot came color Tan we contacted the company and were told that the color sent was close and they don’t even have this mascot in grey as pictured. The company has refused to send us a shipping label for us to return and receive a full refund. This is very disappointing and this company has false advertising and misrepresentation. Do not buy from this company.

Our mascot costume worked so well for our outdoor event! Our staffer said it was easy to move in and didn't get too hot, which was a huge relief.

Took a chance ordering an easter bunny costume from this site. Ordered a Peter Rabbit costume. It was an expensive costume, but worth it if it actually was the costume pictured. What we received was nothing like the picture. It was a very cheaply made imitation. Please do not waste your time taking the risk on this site. It is not legit.

Purchase a raccoon costume as a mascot team member raising money for cancer Took about a week to process which is understandable seems as though made to order They sent me emails to let me know what was happening and day of shipping It was delivered to me within 7 days can’t fault Really pleased with the product very good quality will stand out If anyone asks me for a mascot costume I’ll recommend just be patient

Even rating this company one star is generous. I enquired about delivery prior to placing my order and the website states despatch within five days. I placed my order 5-6 weeks ago and paid £120 for express delivery. i still don't have it. I have chased it up many times and barely received a response. I was also promised a proof prior to despatch, which they also did not send. Then they emailed on Friday to say it had been despatched and that I would receive a tracking code on monday and that i would receive it this week. It is now Thursday and every day keep saying i will receive tracking code soon and to "be patient". If they can't even send a tracking code, they obviously haven't sent it. My event is next week and they have ruined my campaign. Avoid Avoid Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!

Wow I must say I am impressed with the quality. The fit and feel is perfect! Definitely will order again!
