Avoid at all cost this company!!
I contacted them to fix 2 years gaps on my hmrc account. I was told that I must pay for those gaps. I paid that (£144 and £124), and a collaboration contract for 3 years of £290. A month later I contacted them again to let them know that 1 year is not updated and asked to check the tax return. Then, I was told that in fact there is a mistake on my tax return and I was asked for an extra £190 to fix that mistake. They made me pay all this money for nothing!!! Now, I still have 1 year on my record to fix
