Fairly new here and I just wanted to confirm the payout process and how long it would take on the chance I win. They try to aim for three days which it states in the reviews, but I didn’t see anything negative about not being paid. I’m going to give it a try thanks, Dave

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Extreme level of incompetence & dishonesty. I was a longtime player here and had countless issues with games freezing and losing bonus rounds etc. then the customer support makes no effort at all to resolve any issues. Most recently they tried to bring me back with a welcome back VIP gift and then spent 5 days dodging me and claiming they couldn’t find my account etc, until finally responding and saying they found it but the offer is no longer available. Add false advertising to the list of problems here.

They closed my account with a 600€ balance and are refusing to return the money. They won't reopen the account, verify it, or process a withdrawal. Support is ignoring my questions and even falsely claiming that I created support tickets myself. Completely untrustworthy behavior—avoid at all costs.

Erst wurde mir ein 111% Casino Bonus versprochen bei 30€ Einzahlung den ich nicht erhalten habe und gleichzeitig sind meine „Coins“ weg weil ich 40 Coins in big bass bonanza eingelöst habe welches nicht mal mehr vorhanden ist!! Nach Stornierung des Bonusses hab ich nichtmal die Punkte zurückerhalten!! Es ist an Dreistigkeit nicht zu überbieten.

They entice you with these bonus programs, but what they don't tell you is that it's almost impossible to roll the bonus over. I'll give you an example.

I deposited $350 with a 50% bonus. So first you have to bet $350 worth of bets, and then contact them and they will enable the bonus.

Next, you need to roll over the deposit + the bonus 8x. So in my example, $350 + the bonus ($175) = $525 rolled over 8x, so you have to bet $4200.

That's bad enough, but here is the kicker, all bets must be plus money so +100 or higher. Any -110 or -130 etc will not count towards the rollover.

That's awful, but it gets worse.

Only $75 per bet will count for the rollover. So in my example, I had to make 56 separate $75 bets of +100 or more in order to satisfy the roll over.

I managed to do it, and my balance turned into $1150. So I go to withdraw, and the max withdrawal is $750. So I'll probably have to wait 5 days for that, and then another 5 days for the remaining $400.

I know they were cheating too because I had 100's of bets over the span of several days, and my rollover barely moved. When I asked to see the bet history, they said they couldn't show it to me, and that they would have to request it be email to me from some special department. That email never came.

DO NOT USE THIS SPORTSBOOK. The bonus looks good, but it's awful, and almost impossible to achieve.

Greatwin is a scam, I won $200 withdrawn Jan 18 yet still is still pending. Customer services is just waste of time, telling you it’s a delay in payment. Please guys don’t waste your money at Greatwin.

This review to all online players. I made a single withdrawal from greatwin and nomini casinos (same license) and haven't receive them yet, already 9 days waiting, Contacted live chat they advise there is a delay in payment. I am a old player there and did not face any issue in the past. However something fishy is going there and I advise everyone not to play at those multiple casinos at this time.
