Shipping was fast and Setup was easy

Shipping was fast and Setup was easy. Used the unit to charge all my other Solar appliances since cloudy weather here lately. Very happy with my Portable Power Station 2400W, 1843Wh LiFePO4 Solar Generator. Of all the units I checked out from other companies this was the best value for the money.

Excellent Support team

Had a wonderful experience with the support team responding to a warranty issue with a 200W Solar Panel issue and replacing a lost A/C adapter (T1000). They need to be Honored and Recognized! Thank you.

I just need a new A/C power cord!!!

I misplaced the power cords for the T1Pro 2200 and have been trying for 3 weeks just to get a new A/C power cord, to no avail and a poor ai responses (5 times now!) to a stupid simple request.
The T1 has horizontally oriented plugs as opposed to vertical like almost every other plug available.
No idea why they will not just send me the correct A/C plug.
I even ordered the T1 Pro 2200 plug from their website and they sent me the vertically oriented (wrong) plug.
IDK???

At the time of your order, we unfortunately did not have the T1 Pro accessories in stock, which is why there was no link available on our website. It seems that your order was for the H2400 accessory, which is why it wasn’t compatible with your T1 Pro. We dispatched the correct A/C power cord for your T1 Pro last week. You were fortunate, as this specific cord just arrived in stock!
