I would happily recommend Greenbank lawyers , in my case in particular Madihah was fantastic , always there to answer questions and was spot on with advice when asked. Should i need Lawyer services in the future they will certainly be first in line.

Good afternoon Greenbank
I am finally putting pen to paper my claim has been going on for nearly 3 years since I had my hearing test in Plymouth, and well over a year since my one to one conversation with the doctor and since then nothing.
I call every couple of months and have a conversation with Amir Kahn and it is the same answer.
I keep seeing reminders on social media of people that have received compensation and that it was according to them not a long period of waiting.
Since it has been going I have not received any official communication from Greenbank stating any type of progress as to how my claim is progressing.

I am starting to think that it is my age that is holding the outcome up .
In the meantime i can only sit and wait

If I could leave 0 stars I would do, I would AVOID this company at all costs..... currently had my MOD hearing claim in for over 3 years now and still not a sign of getting settled after jumping through every hoop they have asked me to do, the MOD judgment was handed down on April 24th which was supposed to make this process quicker and smoother going, that seems to be the case for other law firms except this one. several people that i personally know have been made offers since this judgment has been handed down and its widely known that other people calming are having problems with this company, going off the reviews if you get Asim he is Cleary very good at what he dose and all his reviews are positive but if you get stuck with anyone else you may as well forget calming all together as the comms is horrific, every time you email you get the same fobbed off response. currently in talks with another law firm handling NIHL claims to get changed over to them as this company simply cant do the job on behalf of the people claiming and ill be making sure to spread this far and wide about Greenbank.

Although this was a lengthy process making a tinitus hearing claim via Greenbank Lawyers against the MOD. It was very much worth it in the end.
Akim was my representative, he provided me with exceptional guidance, support and help along the process.
I can honestly say that I would definitely highly recommend them because they provide an exceptional service.
