Dont know how considering i previously tried with several different companies and ive gotten nothing but ridiculous offers. Regardless these guys got the job done! Vincent Pinzone is a funding advisor over there at Greenbox and honestly merchant cash advance companies to me seem like loan sharks and they just want to get off the phone with you and give you some short end of a long stick. Not with Greenbox, they looked at my company and gave me enough that I won't default and Vincent is a professional funding advisor. He speaks in terms of logical solutions that every business owner needs to hear. I have done business with this company a few times before and they have improved to the level of ONDECK customer service.

Geoff helped me understand my options and which would be best for my goals for my business.

High interest rates on their loans they and charged me $2500 to set up the ACH withdrawals and NOW that I paid off the balance they are charging me a "Stacking fee" of $8000 dollars cause I took out loans with other companies.. According to them , you are not allowed to take out ANY loans with ANY other company or they will bill you more on top of their high fees from the beginning.. I took out a loan of 61,000 dollars and ended up having to pay back 97,000 dollars for a 1 year loan.... 36,000 dollars in interest for 1 year...

UPDATE: 8/16/23
They offered to return 1/2 of the stacking fee cause I was just taking out other loans in an honest effort to make sure all their payments got paid. We will see if they do this...

Dave Stewart handled my profile, he was amazing from start to finish. Great communication and professionalism. Definitely well represented himself and Greenbox.

Vincent was amazing! He spent time talking me through options that could work for business. He never pressured me, and he took time to actually understand our business. Not to mention he did great in working to get great offers for us! While the funding will help us- right now we need something that would put us on top of our cash flow. We will definitely revisit Greenbox Capital and Vincent when we need funding!
