Too many mistakes with they're software.
They are very unaccommodating even when they made the mistake. They treat you like they are too good for you.

Also the underwriters make mistakes all the time causing confusion.

Max on the other end is always extremely helpful. He stays on top of everything for us and when he is busy and we miss him he always calls back.
